After being charged with a mandatory time weapons violation we were able to negotiate probation for my client.

My client was charged with cannabis trafficking after an Illinois State police trooper stopped his car. After a K9 sniff search his vehicle was searched and he was arrested for not only the trafficking charge but also being held on suspicion of possession of child pornography.

My client was charged with armed violence after having been stopped in his vehicle by police. The search revealed a loaded handgun near the driver's seat, 470 grams of cannabis and some cash. We got the mandatory time offense dismissed.
