This week, 12/10/2024, we were able to negotiated a reduction of two separate domestic violence charges to misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct

My client was alleged to have battered his ex-girlfriend. It was charged as a felony. he was held on pretrial detention. We were able to secure his release.

My client was charged with battering two family members. We were able to negotiate a dismissal.

On Monday's docket (3/4/24) we were able to work out a variety of felony offenses. All of the clients either received an up front reduction to a misdemeanor offense or will have their charge reduced after a period of probation

My client was an Illinois State Trooper who was charged with domestic battery. We were able to secure a dismissal of the charge.

My client was charged with a variety of charges including Class 2 felony Agg. Domestic Battery. We were able to dismiss the felonies in exchange for a plea to an amended misdemeanor charge.

Mr. Hughey was charged with Domestic Battery after his adult daughter complained that he had struck her. He adamantly denied striking her. He was trying to get away from her while she was attacking him. The jury found him not guilty
