Recent Successes in the Court Room

My client was charged with transporting 25 pounds of psyilocybin and 15 pounds of cannabis. He was from CA and had no prior criminal history. He was facing up to 60 years in prison. We got him first offender probation that will result in no conviction.

My client was stopped in Montgomery County and charged with cannabis trafficking. The State did not produce the video. We filed a motion for sanctions against the State for the discovery violation and won. The case was dismissed.

I haven't updated this section since July 2023. Since that time I have been able to resolve mandatory prison time trafficking offenses for probation terms.

Two new trafficking clients from Madison County had their bonds set at $750,000 and $250,000 respectively. We were able to reduce their bond at a motion hearing. They both posted and are out of custody

I've had two clients charged with completely unrelated cocaine trafficking charges in Bond County in the last few weeks. The range of punishment is 30-120 years. I'm currently attempting to reduce their bonds so that they can be released from jail pending resolution.

My client was stopped by police and 185 pounds of cannabis was discovered in her vehicle. We were able to reduce the charge and obtain probation for her.

My client was charge with cannabis trafficking after it was discovered he possessed 65 pounds of cannabis in his vehicle. We negotiated probation on a reduced charge.

My client was arrested after a large quanity of cannabis was located inside his vehicle. He was charged with cannabis trafficking (12-60 years in prison). We obtained First Offender Probation for him which will result in no conviction.

Madison County Trafficking Cases Reduced to Possession and Clients both Sentenced to Probation

Client's cannabis trafficking charge was fully dismissed through negotiations. Madison County, Illinois.

My client was charged with cannabis trafficking after an Illinois State police trooper stopped his car. After a K9 sniff search his vehicle was searched and he was arrested for not only the trafficking charge but also being held on suspicion of possession of child pornography.

Client's Trafficking Charge was Reduced to Possession of Cannabis - He also received 1st Offender Probation so he won't suffer a conviction

After being apprehended on I-70 with a large quantity of Cannabis we negotiated First Offender Probation on a greatly reduced charge.

My client was charged with drug trafficking after 16 pounds of cannabis was discovered in a rental car her was operating on Interstate 70. We negotiated a dismissal of the trafficking charge (6-30 years) and obtained 24 months probation with a dismissal of all charges at the conclusion.

Felony Trafficking reduced to Lesser Felony. Ultimately will be Reduced to a Misdemeanor offense.
